Mood & Food Pairing

Vodka, the iconic Russian drink makes a great accompaniment for Russian zakuski.
Traditional zakuskies include cold cuts of meat, pickled vegetables, eggs, smoked salmon and fishes.

It is the ultimate compliment to caviar either by the spoon or over a blini, with a touch of sour cream.
In Russia vodka is often consumed during the course of a meal to go with typical dishes such as Borsht, Pirochki and Beef Stroganoff.

The brutally smooth taste of Taiga Shtof fits beautifully Asian food especially Japanese sushi or sashimi. It is also perfect to enhance Scandinavian specialities and subtle French fish dishes.

Taiga Shtof has created for you especially designed cocktails.
